they called - times in 1 day, each time I answered I was put on hold and the machine hung me up. The - time I made payment arrangement to mail/pay $20.00 per month and she said that would be fine. The next day they called again and said they had not record of this arrangement. I was so angry that this is going to continue with these harassing phone calls daily. I intend to pay this bill and I do not want daily calls.
