Wells Fargo & Company Debt collection communication tactics called outside of 8am-9pm August 23, 2016 - Wells Fargo contacted me regarding a debt I am disputing after - Eastern Time on my home phone, a New York number. This number is also listed as the least-preferred method of contact, and they did not once attempt to contact me on my preferred number. Upon questioning the agent who called me, I was told they had attempted numerous times to contact me at a number I had never heard of before. As a result, they were not able to reach me until one month after the account had been in collections, thus further negatively impacting my credit history.... |
