May 29, 2016 - A medical bill from - - was sent to collections that I was unaware of, never received. I discovered this because it went right on the my credit report. No attempt to collect the debt by either by either - for this supposed amount owed or by collections. Spoke to - on - and was told it was n't there bill and referred me to - billing.
