Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid February 11, 2017 - - - ( Original Creditor ) sent accounts to Paramount Recovery Systems. - accounts are reporting from them and some removed and some not. The amounts were $450.00, $420.00 & $360.00. The $450.00 was not filed with my insurance correctly and due to the time frame i never received any communication that I owed any amounts. $360.00 I did not have insurance and on the documentation provided their records states do not file but they put on my credit any way. I called Paramount Recovery at - on -/-/2016 @ - AM and spoke with - who informed me that she spoke with their client and they told her I had an outstanding balance which was not the case. I explained that I had just gotten off the phone with them and they confirmed the zero balance. She insisted that I still owed the paid balance so I offered to conference the billing dept from - in but - declined my offer.... |
