The debt of $21.00 was paid directly to - account through the - office. - at - confirmed that I in fact had a zero balance. I called Paramount Recovery at - on -/-/2016 @ - AM and spoke with - who informed me that she spoke with their client and they told her I had an outstanding balance which was not the case. I explained that I had just gotten off the phone with them and they confirmed the zero balance. She insisted that I still owed the paid balance so I offered to conference the billing dept from - in but - declined my offer.
