I completed all of the paperwork on -/-/- but they kept having problems so the lease date was n't started until -/-/-. I received orders to go to - in -/-/-. I submitted all of the paperwork that they required in order to turn in a vehicle under the Servicemember Civil Relief Act. After submitting the paperwork I was told that I did n't qualify since the date on the orders was -/-/-. I called and explained to them that Soldiers do not get orders on the same day that the orders are published and that it can take months... |
