Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia

I obtained a lease from - - - on -/-/-. I completed all of the paperwork on -/-/- but they kept having problems so the lease date was n't started until -/-/-. I received orders to go to - in -/-/-. I submitted all of the paperwork that they required in order to turn in a vehicle under the Servicemember Civil Relief Act. After submitting the paperwork I was told that I did n't qualify since the date on the orders was -/-/-. I called and explained to them that Soldiers do not get orders on the same day that the orders are published and that it can take months to trickle down to the Soldier. - - told me that they would not allow me to turn it in and they gave me two options, either try to finance the vehicle or to leave the car in the states for the three years while we are gone. We have tried to finance the vehicle but there is no one that will finance a vehicle going overseas. We have even thought about leaving the vehicle behind but there is no way that we could afford a $700.00 car payment, $250.00 insurance and $150.00 storage fee. Not to mention there is no way for the vehicle to be started to it would run into a lot of mechanical issues by just sitting and we will not be in the states in three years to return the vehicle. The only way I am able to make this work is to drop it off and have it voluntarily repossessed but that would ruin the security clearance that I have with the military.
