August 11, 2015 - I received a phone call at my job about a think cash loan from 2011. The person told me that the debt had been charged off. He said he had a file related to my social security number and verified my date of birth. He proceeded to tell me that I am going to be sued for defrauding a bank and charged with writing a bad check.
