The perception that I was past due was clearly communicated with my coworker. I called Bank of America on -/-/16 and was told that this was not their standard procedure, but after they reviewed the recording and verified the conversation and they did tell my coworkers to call the number on the back of my card, they called me on -/-/16 and said they found no issue with their employee telling my coworkers to call the number on the back of my card. Bank of America Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt June 5, 2015 - Bank of America is suing myself and my husband. We have - accounts with them and we have been with them for about - years. They refused to lower our APR and we were paying - on each account each month. We have not received a bill in over - years and we even called them about not getting our bills but nothing happened. They called us about - days ago and told my husband that they had the wrong address on us and that they would get back to us.
