Bank of America is suing myself and my husband. We have - accounts with them and we have been with them for about - years. They refused to lower our APR and we were paying - on each account each month. We have not received a bill in over - years and we even called them about not getting our bills but nothing happened. They called us about - days ago and told my husband that they had the wrong address on us and that they would get back to us. We received a court summons in the mail from - and we live in -, from a third party that bought the accounts. Now what do we expect.
