ProCollect, Inc Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt September 8, 2016 - The company reported an unsubstantiated debt to credit reporting agencies which adversely impacted both my credit and a financing application giving rise to damages of higher interest rates. The company failed to properly substantiate their clients claim of a debt owed. I in fact do not owe their client anything ; their client owes me several hundred dollars.... |
ProCollect, Inc Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt October 15, 2015 - In - of 2015 my apartment flooded with raw sewage, management called a plumber whom cleaned the main line ''. The main line is between mine & my neighbors front doors with no other access to either apt., when the plumber finished there was raw sewage all over the walkway. Management refused to clean/sanitize the walkway, also management did nothing more than shampoo the carpet in the apartment that was affected by the flood. I received notice in - 2014 that I owed various items, which were illegal in the state of - to collect - such as re-painting the walls. I contested the charges with apartment complex. - months later I received notice From -, they simply sold the debt to a collections agency and did not call or work with me on my request for more info or to resolve. - became aggressive to collect despite requests to resolve.
