Cooper Hoffman Klein Associates Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt November 18, 2015 - Apparently this company told a friend of mine that we had written a bad check in 2013 and they are an attorney on behalf of this client. This company shared false information and personal information to people that I know. This company also called my phone and stated they were contacting me regarding fraud charges and wanted to get a defense statement for prosecution. They represented themselves as attorneys.
