Apparently this company told a friend of mine that we had written a bad check in 2013 and they are an attorney on behalf of this client. This company shared false information and personal information to people that I know. This company also called my phone and stated they were contacting me regarding fraud charges and wanted to get a defense statement for prosecution. They represented themselves as attorneys. When I asked them for their location to come to their office they stated they were located in -. I told them my attorney and I could come to their office to discuss what charges '' were being filed against me.
