BlueChip Financial Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt January 22, 2016 - I initially took out a $600.00 personal loan with the online company named Spot Loan. I defaulted on the loan, and I began getting harassing phone calls from numerous identified phone numbers with all of my personal information. I contacted Spot Loan to find out what the situation with my loan was. They informed me that they had sold my loan to a third party debt collector. When I asked to whom they sold it to, they vaguely gave me a name of a company called - and the phone number -. They still to this day have n't given me a mailing address.
