February 1, 2017 - I received a missed call from IC Systems regarding a collection account. I returned the call to gather some information from the agency. Upon contact with the agencyi was treated like the scum of the Earth. I simply requested validation of the debt from the agent and was told it was previously sent out. November 30, 2016 - Me & my fiance were contacted by a collection agency yesterday afternoon, and feel we were treated unprofessional, inappropriate, & the issue was not taken care of. We felt uncomfortable releasing personal information about ourselves over the phone first of all.
