Me & my fiance were contacted by a collection agency yesterday afternoon, and feel we were treated unprofessional, inappropriate, & the issue was not taken care of. We felt uncomfortable releasing personal information about ourselves over the phone first of all. Second, the case workers were very reluctant to give us information on how or who we can contact in order to resolve the problem. Overall we feel that we could have been treated more professional.
