Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language January 15, 2017 - I received a notice of an outstanding debt I forgot to pay when I moved in -/-/-. I immediately called American Capital. The number was not in service. I called again on -/-/- a weekday and it worked. I spoke to -, the person on the notice, and requested he investigate the debt as I thought it was paid. He said he would do so and call me back. On -/-/- I called again and left a message for - as I had not heard from him. I called again on -/-/- and left another message for -. Between -/-/-/-/-, I received at least 3 phone messages from someone named - ... |
