The notice was a " Notice of Adverse Action '' sent on my account - times ( latest being dated - - ), but payment was made on time. Called into customer service and spoke to " - ''. - was extremely rude telling me to just disregard the letter. I seemed to be annoying - when I continued to try to get an understanding of what was going on. I asked - could I speak to a supervisor. He came back 1 min later and said no one was available.
