TMX Finance LLC Consumer Loan lender repossessed or sold the vehicle lender repossessed or sold the vehicle October 26, 2015 - I took out a title loan for $2600.00 from Titlemax on -/-/2015. The company advertised same day cash. When I finished the paperwork the company cut me a check which was a breach of the agreement. I took the check to the bank it was drawn off of, -, and they informed me they could not honor the check until they spoke directly with the guarantor of the check. I called the location and the check was no honored until the following day. I am currently 19 days past the due date of my loan and Titlemax has sent a truck to repossess my vehicle.
