I took out a title loan for $2600.00 from Titlemax on -/-/2015. The company advertised same day cash. When I finished the paperwork the company cut me a check which was a breach of the agreement. I took the check to the bank it was drawn off of, -, and they informed me they could not honor the check until they spoke directly with the guarantor of the check. I called the location and the check was no honored until the following day. I am currently 19 days past the due date of my loan and Titlemax has sent a truck to repossess my vehicle. I called Titlemax after they opened to take care of the overage and was initially told I would have to make 2 months payments. After getting to the location I was then informed I would have to pay the full balance of the loan. I asked them for a copy of the loan and on the contract it showed that $2700.00 was actually financed. They also told me I would have to pay and additional $400.00 for the towing fees. This is an attempt to strong arm me out of my vehicle. Also they told me I could NOT sue them in court and when I looked over the contract again there is a stipulation in there that you wave all rights to sue them in court for disputes.
