Autovest, L.L.C. problems when you are unable to pay August 13, 2016 - Hi, I received a wage garnishment this Friday. I was unaware of this judgment due to moving from - state to another. I have wage garnishment documents that I got from the mailbox today. It states that Autovest LLC won a judgment against me. I have no clue who Autovest, LLC is. I called several times to see if we could come up with a better arrangement I could afford. No calls back at all. Now they are garnishing my paycheck again.
