Autovest, L.L.C. Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Nevada
So Autovest agreed to payment arragements of $250.00 a month. ( See Case number : - ) I can not afford that. I called several times to see if we could come up with a better arrangement I could afford. No calls back at all. Now they are garnishing my paycheck again. Almost $700.00 a month. 1 ) I no longer own this car 2 ) I am a single monther 3 ) Thinking that when they sued me ( again I was not aware ) the statute of limitations was up. Now I 'd love to take them to court but I ca n't afford a lawyer for this. I know what they are doing is illeagal and immoral. However since I ca n't counter sue them I need a payment arragement of $150.00 a month. When they agreed to payment arrangements to start -/-/- I was still being garnished and payed almost $600.00 that month. I tried to get clairification which again I received no response. I need resolution ASAP.
