On -/-/2019 I have sent them, through mail, a letter explaining why I believe that the debt is not owed by me. The company has not responded to the letter. You can also note that there are multiple lawsuits against this company, with the complainants winning their lawsuits. Please verify this debt as required by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) ( section 1692g ) and - - - Administrative Code ( section 20-493.2 ). - - - regulations require all debt collectors to send specific written documentation verifying the debt. I dispute this debt because I do not owe this debt. As someone who currently attends University - Pennsylvania - -, it is highly unlike that I would attend - -, a school that is often attended by those without high school diplomas.
