On -/-/- I made my payment to my servicing company, HomeLoanServ, also known as Idaho Housing and Finance. On the - of - I reached out to just double check that my payment had been added to my account. It had not. I reached out to them via a phone call and email. I got a response back saying the issue would be resolved if I could provide proof I had in fact made my payment. I provided multiple screenshots as well as get the appropriate documentation from my bank. I received no response for a week. I reached back out on the - and was told that this was an issue on their ( HomeLoanServ ) side and that my account would be fixed, I would not be charged a late fee and my credit would not be damaged with a mortgage late. However, they also stated they have no idea where my mortgage funds are, they also said this is happened to hundreds of people in Idaho, they also stated that this is due to the fault of an insecure payment portal tool that they use. They have yet to notify the public of the breach of security, missing funds or make anything correct with the consumers. Where is our money? Why was it not applied to our accounts? Why were we not notified? How many people are being charged late fees for their negligence?
