FHA mortgage Trouble during payment process Arizona
I bought a house on an FHA mortgage back in -/-/-. It was a 30 year fixed loan from - - -. Around a year and a half into my mortgage, it was sold to Mr Cooper ( then Nationstar Mortgage ). Nationstar is saying that my 30 year loan started when it was resold to them, not at the original time the loan was taken out. That's around a $15000.00 difference in payment schedules. I have all the original lending disclosures from - saying my last payment will be in -/-/- and Nationstar is saying that my last payment will be in - or -/-/-. That's a HUGE discrepancy that I would like to correct. I tried to tell Nationstar that it was wrong and they said I'd have to call - - -, who bought -. I tried calling - - - and since I'm not a current customer, they won't tell me anything.
