We have a business checking accou nt in Chase. A wire of - dollars was sent to ou r Chase acc ount back to
- . We only get credit of - dollars. Th en Chase ch arge us - dollars wire fee from this - . So - dollars was gone before wire came in our account. Has been talking wit h Chase for 5 months. Chase refused to provide information about how this charge occurred and how it was calculated? No answer why it is not on the service charge list if it is Chase took th e money. By back and forth betwee n Chase a nd the - bank, Chase a dmits that the wire came in Chase in - dollars, and they deduct - dollars before credit my account. But they refused to provide information about why this - dollars be charged before coming in my account. Since the - dollars was deducted before it came in our account, it is different with they charge from our account as the fee we knew - dollars. How could someone took our money without our authorization?
