no contract with - as this account was sold to action financial services. I contacted the bureau and they responded with I need to contact -. I advised them I did contact - and was told no account was found. They advised me it will stay on my report even though I do n't have an account with them and its reporting a negative status on my report monthly keeping me from being able to purchase a home. I 've spoken to several reps without assistance
