I am unable to get monthly statements on my auto loan. On the company 's website, it will show a payment breakdown with principal and interest but since - 2017 mine has been incorrect. They have not applied 2 payments to my balance. When I called them they said it was a " Glitch in the system and they could n't fix it ''.
