THIS IS A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BB & T BANK, BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT HELP WHEN I MAKE THE REQUEST VIA TELEPHONE CONTACT WHEN I MAKE THE CLAIM THAT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT I HAVE GIVEN MONEY SINCE -/-/- DO UNTIL TODAY, E-PLAIN THAT I WAS TRAVEL AND THAT WHEN I RETURN, MY SURPRISE IS THERE WAS NO DOLLAR IN MY ACCOUNT. YOUR ANSWER IS GO TO THE BANK AND MAKE YOUR CLAIM -, THAT WAY SO - AND EVIL TASTE, DESCRIMINATIVE. THIS BANK HAS POLICIES THAT ARE NOT GOOD FOR ITS CUSTOMERS, AS THAT WILL SAY THAT IT CAN NOT TAKE MY CLAIM BY TELEPHONE BECAUSE IT HAS TO BE IN PERSON, THAT PASSES YOU, LACK OF RESPECT, THAT -/-/- SAY THAT EVERYTHING IS LIE, I AM VICTIM OF ROBO AND SHE SENDS ME TO DO ALL THIS PROCEDURE? NO BANK IN THIS COUNTRY DOES THAT, EVERYONE TAKES ITS CLAIMS BY PHONE. THAT KNOWS IT IN WHAT STATE I MEET TO HAVE TO GO TO THE BANK. MY QUESTION IS TO THIS BANK? IT IS FOR YOU TO HAVE A DEPARTMENT OF FRAUD AND CLAIMS IF YOU DO NOT DO ANYTHING BY TELEPHONE ARE IT DOES NOT WORK.
