Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Vermont

For several years now, I 've been unable to view my Experian credit report online at AnnualCreditReport.com. The website provides no information regarding the reason for this ( e.g., whether there 's a problem with my application, or perhaps they 're just doing server maintenance, etc. ), so there is no way for me to take action to correct the problem. They do provide a way to request the report by mail, but I need a soft copy to store in the computer. I 've found several other people in online forums who have the exact same issue ( and no problem at all with the other - credit agencies ). For your reference, I 'm attaching a screenshot of the now all-too-familiar denial screen. One gets the impression that Experian wants people to " become members '' at their own online service, for a fee. Is there a way to require them to explain why such online requests ca n't be processed and provide users a pathway to resolve the problem? Thanks for all you do.
