Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Florida

I mailed a letter to Experian, in which I disputed various inquiries. This letter was sent on -/-/17 and I have yet to receive a letter from to address this issue. I contacted Experian on today, -/-/17 and spoke with - as well as - who advised they do n't investigate inquries as they are matter of fact. I explained to them both that according to the FCRA, any item on the credit report can be disputed, it does n't given an exception of INQUIRIES, being among any items that are off limits. I feel that they have failed to investigate the items and it has been well beyond 30 days and it is only fair that they remove the items that are listed on my dispute/request.
