Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Maryland

Sent a certified letter to Experian asking for documents they used to verify that this account was correct and mine. Received credit report that just stated verified with no supporting documentations. Spoke to rep over phone and was told that they do n't have to provide me with anything.
