Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Mississippi

I took out - loans with - -. The first - was to get my credit up to finance furniture, and the second one was for moving. I have been unable to pay the full amount due to - and the loss of - part-time job within six months. Tower Loan, even when I do pay, will call me to offer me payday loans, will call me the day my loan is due, and if I am unable to pay the full amount, I get harassing phone calls. I have sent them a hardship letter telling them of what has happened and that I plan on paying them in the near future, but it has fallen on deaf ears. I still get harassed continually by them, and they are not trying to help me at all with any of my payments.
