Credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute
TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute New Jersey
The complain is filed to TransUnion that it did not conduct dispute investigation as a credit agency is expected to do - verify claim evidence for its legitimacy. A creditor made a fraud claim of debt to my account in TransUnion by providing a set of fraud delivery evidences, showing the delivery address not my address, the recipient signature neither my signature nor in my name. At my request, the creditor had provided me the same set of delivery evidences so I know exactly the story. When I saw this claim on my TransUnion credit report, I filed first dispute with TransUnion in -/-/-, and was notified " no change after investigation ''. I have a credit repair agent filed 2nd dispute in -/-/-, the same result came back " no change after investigation ''. I doubt what is the procedure for TransUnion to conduct dispute investigation, but in my case obviously it has not even verified the basic evidence including delivery address matching and signature matching, but simply ignoring the dispute and kept " no change after investigation ''. I would urge TransUnion to conduct a diligent investigation and verify the legitimacy of claim documents ASAP. Thank you very much for your help.
