Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Utah

In the month of - I got paid 3 times. I called and requested the - payment in - stopped so that I was not making - payments that month. When I resumed my $900.00 payments in - instead of taking out $900.00 each paycheck kthey took out $1000.00 for that 2 week period. When I called them they advised me it was set up incorrect and that they wuld correct it. This is exactly what happened last year when I did this. Why ca n't this company get this right?
