Synchrony Bank Credit Card withdrew $3800.00 dollars from my bank account, rather than $38.00, as they were authorized. When I contacted Synchony, I was told they did not make the withdrawal, a third party did, on their behalf and that I would have to call back in 2 to 5 days to get my money back. They also told me they do not have a complaints or compliance department.
