I received a letter from Citibank stating that I needed to go to www.citi.com/refundinquiry as I may have been overcharged for monitoring services during my 10 year tenor with the bank. When I went o the website there was no page. The letter stated the claim would need to be filed before -/-/- 2017. I was provided a reference number to get started and that did not work.
