I have a Visa from Bank of America I used it to request services from a merchant -. Storage from - to - of $170.00 per month. in - I scheduled to have the container transported from - to - with a rate of $1900.00 paid in advance. For reasons not provided the transportation was cancelled by -, without notice. I 've tried to communicating with them with no results. It has been a nightmare dealing with the Bank and the merchant, seeing charges being made & paid, and not being able to stop them. - response has been " payments need to be made and disputed later '' ( for how long and how much? ) - has been able to receive payments from - up to $4500.00. I find myself violated/abused by the Bank and the merchant. The AVERAGE CHARGE to transport a container from - to - is about $2300.00. Realizing that is all about business between the BANKS & MERCHANTS with no concern for the consumer. A dispute was filed, and the results were just submitted : " the amounts charged are correct '' that was even after - PROVIDED to the BANK the agreement showing a rate of $2000.00. I provided myself the necessary documents including - 's contract and statements from the Bank of America included with this complaint. One of the agents stated that the - website has a glitch, " when a merchant logs-in to an account is agreeing to the charges '' -IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENCE-
