Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Arizona

I have a student loan through Wells Fargo and I am unable to set up an automatic payment each month for more than the minimum payment. Is there anything I can do about that? I have student loans with other companies who all allow additional payments to be automatically scheduled. It makes it easier to be regularly financially responsible by paying more than is due to decrease the total interest I will pay.
