On several occasions, Home Depot ( Citibank ) was contacted because they did not apply my payments as instructed to my card account ending in -. I contacted them a total of 6 times where I wanted the excess of my payments applied a promotional balance which is expiring in -/-/-. In short, the payment was not applied that way even after escalting to several supervisors. After a lump payment of $700.00, i should have had a promo balance of approximately $2.00 ( yes ... - dollars ) and they consistently failed to apply the payment accordingly. After the - time, I thought it best to go the CFPB route. Please do what you can to assist. Thank you
