Citibank Credit card department,
At the Home Depot - # - store ( in Arizona ) in -/-/-, the cashier offered me a discount if I signed up for a Home Depot credit card. I did so. The charge for the purchased products at the time was about $50.00. On the morning of -/-/- I received a call from Citibank asking for a payment of over $150.00. Between -/-/- and the end of -/-/-, I have not received any information about the account - including a physical card, statements, account number, etc. When I asked them to remove the late fees and interest charges, they refused to do so, even though they never provided me with any payment information prior to this time. I have asked them to cancel the account. Unfortunately, I can not provide any specifics since I have no documentation from the company or any kind of access to an online account.
