I called Bank of America 's customer service line. Figuring I 'd be on hold for a while, I put my phone on speaker. I got an automatic message telling me to put in the last 4 digits of my card number. I did. An automatic message immediately stated the amount of money in my bank account! This is my private information. Bank of America should not have done this. I did n't ask for this information.
