Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Ohio

Despite my several disputes, Experian has failed to verify several items on my report. The items still remain on my credit report which is in violation of the Federal law. They have failed to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify accounts for -, -, and -. Supervisor - stated, that is not there responsibility but it is the consumers responsibility, and refuse to remove from my credit report.
