Incorrect information on credit report Public record Ohio

I contacted experian in regards to a public record for a chapter - bankruptcy list on my file. I disputed this public record mark and asked for verification and they said it was valid. I then contact the bankruptcy court to ask for - procedure in reporting to the credit bureau 's and they responded that they do not report any information to the credit bureau 's. - must have pulled this information from a 3 rd party and the court verified it with me that they do not report to credit bureaus and therefore the public record reflecting this information must be deleted from my credit report.
