Citibank Credit card department,
I have contacted Bloomingdale 's customer service department four times about this matter and I have been continually lied to about this matter being resolved on my next statement. It still is not resolved four months later. With this letter I am asking for your help in finally resolving the issue. I put jewelry charge of $4000.00 ( $3700.00 after using $220.00 worth of rewards cards ) on my club account on -/-/2016, but returned the jewelry on -/-/2016. The credit was applied to my regular revolving account by the sales person even though I asked her at the time to make certain that the return be taken off the club account. Ever since my - statement, the charge has appeared on my club plan with a balance.
has the charge and nothing has been credited to either the other club plan purchase or the revolving side of the account. All this time I have been paying for something I returned in -/-/- and all the money I 've paid is being diverted from balances to which payments are intended. A customer service person even LIED to me and told me the charge had just been credited the day before when I called at the end of -/-/- after I received my statement.
