I had a balance with no outstanding checks or charges of - i placed a charge for - dollars for a promo that day the -/-/-. It left me with a balance of - cents I had gone over my bank statement the checks that the bank sent had all been delivered and by the statement it appeared that they were all paid. It did not indicate on the online banking or anywhere i could see that indicated otherwise. I checked my online banking activity and noticed that the - dollar chcck was still pending and that my account would be overdrawn with that check I had verified the funds prior to placing the charge and it was fine. the next thing i see is iam in the red - cent.


when the check was cashed the funds were in my account. It looked as if they held the check and then decided to charge it to my account knowing that the other check if it went through would cause me to be overdrawn, I check my account the money was there when the utiltity company cashed the check, then the promo check for - was dropped which put me back at - cents. I went to use my debit card three days later thinking i had these funds available, and it was denied I called the bank and now i am in the red - dollars plus excessive overdraft fees on this check the other check and - other checks that I had no clue had not been honored according to the companies they never received any payments but the summary on the bank says it was delivered on -/-/-. There is no way I would no this occurred without the bank telling me, I had called them repeatedly sent emails message and they ignored all my contacts. the - was a one time charge, and when it dropped it took the bank 6 days to repost and charge my account with - another - another -. The summary and the rep i spoke to never told me about this the fees on the summary only say fee no explanation is given even when i tried to get one I was also told on -/-/- by an bank rep over they phone ( - ) that no more charges would be incurred on -/-/- another - shows up now i am in debt over 200 the promo for the - expired within 24 hours the bank paid this 6 days later they refuse to help me with my refund and they charges incurred all are incurred by using deceptive tactics withholding information not being clear in their fees charges and all seem excessive i am -, - - which can be - without a moment notice i told the bank this and they did not care i filed a claim but the deceptively did not place one and actully lied about what the fees were for this bank has pulled this before but not as deceptive and shady I want the fees removed, the refund of my - which is what i had at the end of the dday -/-/2017 the lied lied repeatedly the branch manager was rude, impossible and did not even consider what i was telling him he did not CARE i am a senior - and have medical issues that have to be considered they did not want to hear it did not care about it and wanted to gain financially through fraud and deception
