Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result South Carolina

I wrote letters to - - and - asking them to investigate and REMOVE the inquires form my credit reports from - BUREAUS because they were hard inquires and there was no basis for the inquires. I did not apply for anything with - -. It has already been investigated and the still want 60-90 days for this to be removed but it should not have been there in the first place. I have attached supporting documents.
