Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Arizona

I have sent several letters to TransUnion to investigate the validity of a collection agency. I have also sent the letters to the collection agency. I received a response back stating that the debt has been verified. I asked for verification not validation. The collection company sent me copies of the bill from the doctors office. The patient information is incorrect on the bill.
