Citibank Credit card department,
Received a call from Citibank regarding a Citibusiness credit card. - payment was not made 10 days ago. I checked and I never received a statement. I asked them to verify where the statement was mailed. The address they gave me was from 3 1/2 years ago. I have been receiving all my statements at my current address prior to this. I authorized payment for the amount they needed to keep my payments current, now I am in the process of disputing the late fee and extra interest they charged me as well as trying to get a copy of the statement I never received. This is such a bad practice especially when it seems to be done a - end for most businesses and there is no logical reason that my address would be changed back to - I lived at 3 1/2 years ago.
