I was given a Visa debit card as a - gift by my employees. When I attempted to use the card I learned that it had a zero balance. Following a little more investigation I learned that several transactions had been made using the card number and had exhausted the cash value. I called - at - but could not talk to a person. I left my phone number with a request for a phone call I received nothing. A few days later I called again but was still unable to speak with anyone so I faxed all the information to - at - on - -, 2017. I was assigned - case numbers - and - via a letter sent to me on - -, 2017. Yesterday a representative called my home phone and left a message stating that I needed to start the whole process over. I called again today and waited on the phone line for 30 minutes just hoping that I would get to talk with a real person. No luck. Please help me.
